• The EIF Careers Program takes an active role in ensuring diverse voices are centered, sought out, welcomed, and valued.
• We are reducing barriers to access and advancing opportunities for historically excluded communities by leveraging deeply rooted relationships in the entertainment industry and amongst community-based organizations.
• We have created and continue to expand a coalition of strategic partners across the creative landscape to bring new investments in career pathways and workforce development programs.
