The Social Change Fund United collectively empowers and drives impact by championing equity in entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation for Black and Brown communities.
The Social Change Fund United was created by philanthropists, entrepreneurs, and NBA superstars Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul, and Dwyane Wade to create a future where Black and Brown communities thrive and generate economic sustainability while playing a vital role in narrowing the racial opportunity gap.
Social Change Fund United (SCFU) was created by Chris Paul, Dwyane Wade, and Carmelo Anthony in response to the continued racial injustice across our country. We seek to utilize collective influence and resources to make a greater impact in underrepresented communities of color.
SCFU is committed to social change through economic empowerment in four key areas:
- SCFU We Got Next initiative focuses on providing Black and Brown youth with access to build entrepreneurial skills to become the next generation of business leaders.
- SCFU Legacy initiative aims to provide Black and Brown-owned small businesses funding and resources to grow their businesses.
- SCFU Rebound initiative is poised to provide Black and Brown, justice-involved, people with access to build skills and opportunities to reenter the workforce.
- SCFU Champion initiative focuses on increasing voter turnout and engagement, especially during midterm and presidential election cycles.
